Negative Declaration

Tompkins County – The Town of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed South Hill Business Campus Rezoning and Site Plan Approval will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves site plan approval (establishing a baseline of existing uses, buildings, and site layout) and the proposed rezoning of a portion of the South Hill Business Campus property located at 950 Danby Road, Town of Ithaca Tax Parcel No.‘s 39–1–1.1 and 39–1–1.2, Industrial and Office Park Commercial Zones. The proposal involves rezoning the existing Industrial Zone portion of the site to a new Planned Development Zone, which would allow a mix of uses allowed in the Industrial, Light Industrial, and Office Park Commercial Zones.

Onondaga County – The Planning Board of the Village of Liverpool, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the Village of Liverpool developing a comprehensive plan to address the future of the Village, including an assessment of resource and services, identification of strengths and opportunities for improvement, an assessment of current and desired future land use patterns and development of recommendations for short–term and long term changes to implement the Village Vision.
