The Town of Victor proposes
to construct an extension of Omnitech Place to connect
NYS Route 96 to Phillips Road. The project will include the disturbance of
approximately 0.1 acre within the regulated 100-foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland
FA-2 (Class III). Disturbance within the wetland will include .015 acre of new road and
concrete gutter and .085 acre of grading. The graded area will be seeded and planted with
trees to provide road screening.
