The applicant proposes to
construct a 54 wide by 158 feet long pond in the adjacent area
of Freshwater Wetland B6, a class IV, 44 acre wetland. The pond will be immediately
adjacent to the wetland boundary. The majority of the spoil material will be disposed of
outside the adjacent area. Some spoil will be placed on the edge of the pond. No fill will
be placed directly in the wetland .
