The applicant proposes to construct within 24" of the existing bulkhead and 12" higher 50 linear feet of bulkhead with two 2 ft. returns.  Dredge no greater than 10 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water.  Resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material to be used as backfill.  Replace decking landward of the bulkhead.  The property is located at 328 Roosevelt Avenue, Freeport, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau on Randall Bay.

Applicant proposes to install one irrigation well for watering of nursery stock.  The well will be 10" in diameter with a pump capacity of 700 gallons per minute.  The well will be installed to a depth of 105 feet.  The property is located  at 301 Reeves Avenue, Riverhead, NY  

The applicant proposes to install approximately 28,670 feet of 20 inch gas main along North Street and within the roadbed of Mill Road in Manorville.  The proposed gas main is to begin on the south side of the Long Island Expressway at Ryerson Avenue in Manorville, travel north along Ryerson Avenue and Raynor Road to North Street, and then continue easterly along North Street and Mill Road to the eastern terminus of Mill Road at Edwards Avenue in Calverton.  Conventional trenching will be used for the majority of the route and the trench will be opened and closed in the same day.  Wellpoint dewatering will occur on the western portion of the route on Mill Road approximately 2,900 feet east of David Terry Street and adjacent to NYS regulated freshwater wetland R-5.  Groundwater will be pumped from the trench at up to 500 gallons per minute through sediment filter bags onto the upland property on the north side of Mill Road.  The project is located in Manorville and Calverton, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.
