Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Green Family Compound LLC and Northwest Partners LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a lot line modification consisting of the transfer of 54,168 sq. ft. (1.244 acres) from Northwest Partners LLC property (Lot2), situated at 62 Silver Lane (SCTM No. 900-105-2-39), which is currently 174,240 sq. ft. (4 acres), to the Green Family Compound, LLC property (Lot 1), situated at 801 Ocean Road (SCTM No. 900-105-2-34.2), which is currently 120,072 sq. ft. (2.756 acres), to result in Lot 1 having an area of 174,240 sq. ft. (4 acres) and Lot 2 having an area of 120,072 sq. ft. (2.756 acres), in the R-120 Zoning District, in the NYS Archaeological Sensitive Map Area, in the Agricultural Overlay District, in the hamlet of Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton. The project is located at 801 Ocean Road and 62 Silver Lane, Bridgehamton.

Notice Of Acceptance Of Final Generic EIS

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Babylon, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Deer Park Enterprises (Tanger) Planning Board Job. No. 2004-11AFN (The Arches - Tanger Outlet Center). The action involves retail development on 81 acre Ga Industrial site which includes the demolition of existing structures, approximately 805,159 square feet of proposed building area, 4,723 parking stalls and associated site improvements. The project is located on the north side of Grand Blvd., 1,432 e/o Commack Road, Deer Park, Town of Babylon, NY.
