construct a 50' x 70' single family residence on outer Holcomb
Street in the City of Watertown. The site is two lots southwest of Marra Drive. The site
borders regulated freshwater wetland W-2, a 339 acre Class II predominately emergent
marsh wetland, with borders of wooded wetland. Sewer and water will be obtained from
the City of Watertown. The residence would be constructed approximately 50' from the
wetland.

The project is a water supply
permit application by the Town of Cape Vincent for Cape
Vincent Water District #5. They propose to take up to 25,675 gpd from Cape Vincent
Water District #1 which receives its water supply from the Village of Cape Vincent. The
proposed water distribution system would consist of approximately 6,000 LF of 8 inch
diameter and 12,000 LF of 10 inch diameter Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) water mains, 800 LF
of 1 inch diameter and 900 LF of 3/4 inch diameter copper service laterals, 44 water
service meters, 18 fire hydrants and one master meter.
