Negative Declaration

Allegany County - The Town of Scio Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Scio Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements to the well/spring supplies and distribution system; replacement of the pump station and control system; and installation of water filtration, emergency generators and fencing. The project is townwide.

Cattaraugus County - The Town Board of the Town of Perrysburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Perrysburg Central Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves rehabilitation of the existing transmission main, the Village’s wells and the OMRDD’s wells and well houses, Mosher Road Water treatment plant and pumping station, and the OMRDD’s storage reservoirs. In addition, the Town intends to install waterline and appurtenances along Route 39, Jolls Road, North Road, and Parker Road.

Positive Declaration

Cattaraugus County - The Board of Education for the Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed capital improvements project may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves various capital improvements including purchase of approximately 101 acres of vacant property in the Town of Little Valley in Cattaraugus County; the construction of an approximately 220,000 sq. ft. High School/Middle School with athletic fields, automobile parking areas, bus loops, driveways and lawn areas; the construction of an approximately 60,000 sq. ft. bus garage with approximately 19 interior bays and parking for 38 buses; the renovation of the Cattaraugus campus school (currently Kindergarten through Grade 12) to house pre-Kindergarten through Grade 4 students, and the closing of the Little Valley Elementary School with its future use uncertain.
