State Freshwater Wetland CS-6. The project site it
located at the facility listed above, which is in the Hamlet of Lily Dale, north of the
Village of Cassadaga on the south bank of Upper Cassadaga Lake.

The applicant proposes to
build a 40 by 60 foot storage building for farm machinery in
New York State Freshwater Wetland CC-25 and its 100 foot regulated Adjacent Area on
Crosby Road. A 60 by 110 foot variable depth pond has been built on the opposite side of
Crosby Road as mitigation for the disturbance of the New York State Freshwater
Wetland, its Adjacent Area and a federal wetland at a mitigation ratio of 2.75:1.
