Project Description: The action involves an herbicide reduction of undesirable low valued tree species such as gray birch, paper birch, red maple, beech and blueberry. The action is to take place on four acres that will require reforestation. The area will be sprayed with the commercial herbicide Glyfos in order to control the undesirable vegetation currently present. The area will then be planted with an equal mixture of red pine and white pine.
