Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Elma, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Clark Court 280-A Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a four lot 280-a development by extending an existing roadway and building or extending the infrastructures. The project is located on Clark Court in the Town of Elma, NY.

Erie County - The NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Equestrian Events Field Knox Farm State Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves regrading of an approximate 8-acre meadow area in Knox Farm State park from a 3-5% slope to a consistent 2% slope. At the bottom of this slope a acre, 10 foot deep pond will be constructed. The field will be used during the summer for horse carriage and other equestrian riding events. No buildings or paved areas are proposed. The project is located on the corner of Knox Road and Gypsy Lane within Knox Farm State Park, Town of Aurora, Erie County.
