The applicant proposes to
install an 8' by 8' floating platform in the Saranac River (Lake
Flower) to be located approximately 50 feet offshore in front of the applicant's property at
109 Branch Farm Road. The floating platform would be seasonally installed for use as a
bait shop. The site is located off Lake Road on the west bank of Lake Flower at Bullhead
Point.
