Cayuga County - The Town of Brutus/Village of Weesport Joint Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kyle Village Heights Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 32 lot subdivision in the Village of Weesport. The Village portion is 15.9 acres in a residentially zoned area. The project also consists of a 2 lot subdivisiion in the Town of Brutus. The town portion is 368.9 acres in an agricultural residential zone. The developer will be subdividing an approximate 3.9 acre parcel from the parent parcel in the Town for the Model Home Lot and proposed road/entranceway to the subdivision. The developer plans to obtain water and sewer through the Cayuga County Water and Sewer Authority with a water main extension for water at the West Brutus Street Location. The project is located on Hamilton Street, Village of Weedsport and Hamilton Road in the Town of Brutus.
