Negative Declaration

Otsego County - The City of Oneonta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Phase I Improvements at Oneonta Municipal Airport will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves airport improvements include an apron expansion and stub taxiway widening, access road relocation, terminal area security fencing, a partial parallel taxiway, a taxiway turnaround, a new conventional hangar, and a new 12-bay T-hangar. Tree removal would occur in areas adjacent to the runway in the Object Free Area and primary surface. The project is located at the Oneonta Municipal Airport, Town of Laurens.

Otsego County - The Town of Springfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon Wireless Continental Road - Springfield Telecommunications Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new 180' sdf supporting lattice tower. Antennas to be installed at 176'. In addition, a 79' x 79' chain link fence compond will be created to accommodate the 12' x 30' equipment shelter. An access road will be developed following the route of an existing logging road. The project is located at 281 Continental Road, Springfield, NY.

Notice Of Acceptance Of Draft EIS And Public Hearing

Rensselaer County - The Town Board of the Town of Brunswick, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hudson Hills Apartments - Luxury Apartment Homes. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on August 3, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brunswick Community Center, Keyes Lane, Troy, NY. Comments will be accepted by the contact person until 10 days following the close of the public hearing. The action involves a proposed residential use on 216 acres consisting of 1,116 apartment units located in 77 buildings. The project is bounded by Route 7 to the south, North Lake Avenue to the north and Lord Avenue to the west.
