The applicant proposes to remove and replace 45 feet of bulkhead and construct 15 feet of new bulkhead closing off existing boat slip and filling this slip with 117 cubic yards of clean bank run. The applicant also proposes to dredge 10 feet seaward of bulkhead to a depth of four feet below apparent low water and place resultant 23 cubic yards of spoil landward of bulkhead as backfill and install a 4' x 6' platform, a 4' x 12' ramp and a 6' x 26' float. The property is located at 2519 Bellmore Avenue, NCTM#63-195-12,13 & 14, Bellmore, Hempstead Town, Nassau County on Bellmore Creek.

The applicant proposes to construct and operate a regulated medical waste transfer station.  The function of the transfer station is to store empty regulated medical waste collection vehicles overnight and prior to collecting regulated medical waste on their routes, and to allow transfer from collection vehicles to transfer trailer vehicles of containers of regulated medical waste collected from health care facilities.  The proposed approved design capacity is 5 tons per day.  The site is located at 101 Eads Street, West Babylon.

The applicant proposes to install a well drilled to a depth of 40 ft. and equipped with a pump having a capacity of 1,000 gallons per minute.  The water is needed for wetting down of agricultural products on the applicant's farm located at Hoyshla Farm, 115 South St., Manorville.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 1.1 acre parcel into two lots.  As proposed, Lot 1 will be 20,648 square feet and Lot 2 will be 28,861 square feet.  Both lots are within the jurisdiction of NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands associated with Speonk River.  A variance from the required 40,000 square foot minimum lot area is requested for both lots.  The project is located at: 16 South Crestview Drive, Remsenburg, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 900-369-1-86 and 88.    

Applicant proposes to subdivide a 2.3 acre parcel into one 60,724 square foot parcel with the existing house and  one 40,000 square foot parcel for future development with a single family dwelling. Project is located on Bay Avenue, East Quogue.

The applicant proposes to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a new residence within the adjacent area of a freshwater wetland designated E-11, an area of coastal fresh marsh subject to both Freshwater and Tidal Wetlands regulations. Accessory structures would include a swimming pool, patio and porch, and a new septic system.

Existing impervious structures are located 36 feet from the wetland boundary, with two cesspools located 48 feet from the wetlands.  The proposed plan would create a 50 foot non-disturbance, non-fertilization buffer zone between the wetland boundary and the new structures.  The new, upgraded septic system would lie 100 feet from the boundary.  

The applicant proposes to subdivide/reconfigure two adjoining parcels totaling 81,913 square feet into two lots consisting of 40,913 square feet and  41,000 square feet.  The property is located at 1960 Gull Pond Lane on Gull Pond Inlet, Town of Southold, Suffolk County Tax Map #'s 1000-35-3-12.6 and 12.7.
