clean bank run. The applicant also proposes to dredge 10 feet seaward of bulkhead to a
depth of four feet below apparent low water and place resultant 23 cubic yards of spoil
landward of bulkhead as backfill and install a 4' x 6' platform, a 4' x 12' ramp and a 6' x

The applicant proposes to
demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a
new residence within the adjacent area of a freshwater wetland designated E-11, an area
of coastal fresh marsh subject to both Freshwater and Tidal Wetlands regulations.
Accessory structures would include a swimming pool, patio and porch, and a new septic
system.
Existing impervious structures
are located 36 feet from the wetland boundary, with two
cesspools located 48 feet from the wetlands. The proposed plan would create a 50 foot
non-disturbance, non-fertilization buffer zone between the wetland boundary and the new
structures. The new, upgraded septic system would lie 100 feet from the boundary.
