Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed JYK Manqagement LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a wooded, vacant lot to construct a one-story, 7,446 sq. ft. bank with 67 parking spaces, three drive through teller lanes and one bypass lane, associated driveways, landscaping, and cross access to adjacent properties, on a 2.74 acre parcel in the Town’s Aquifer Protection Overlay District and Pine Barrens Compatible Growth Area. The project is located on the south side of New York State Route 24, in the hamlet of Riverside, 600 feet west of Donald Avenue on Flanders Road, on Lot 16 in the approved commercial/industrial subdivision titled Southampton Enterprise Zone.
