Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bell Atlantic Mobile of Rochester, L.P., d/b/a Verizon Wireless - Ellison Cell Site will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a proposed 140 foot monopole, 11'-7" x 30' equipment building and associated improvements for a proposed wireless telecommunications facility. The project is located at 444 Browncroft Boulevard (NYS Route 286), Town of Brighton.

Monroe County - Monroe County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Irondequoit Lakeside Multi-use Trail ( previously known as "The Sea Breeze/ Charlotte/ Seneca Park Multi-use Trail") will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the design and construction of a 4.7 mile paved multi-use trail from Sea Breeze located at the mouth of the Irondequoit Bay, along Culver Road, Sweet Fern Road, through Durand Eastman Park, along Lakeshore Boulevard, St Paul Boulevard, and Pattonwood Road to the O'Rorke Bridge on the Genesee River. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and roller skaters will use the trail. The project is located in the Town of Irondequoit and the City of Rochester, in Monroe County, New York.
