Tompkins County - The Tompkins County Community College (TC-3), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed New Athletic Facility- Tompkins Cortland Community College will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the upgrade and expansion of the athletic facilities on campus by constructing a ±82,000 sq. ft. building addition to replace the existing gymnasium, expand the training, workout/fitness, and locker facilities, and to construct a new field house. This project also includes expanding athletic facilities to meet demands and provide safer access to the campus delivery/service area and an adjoining dormitory complex. The project is located at Bahar Drive, TC-3 Campus.

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County IDA, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Destiny USA Research and Development Park, LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves three phases of construction to establish a research and development campus of approximately 6.5 million square feet devoted to renewable energy production, distribution and commercialization, information and physical security, lifestyle technologies, logistics and other technologies; on an area of 325 acres. The project is located on the southeast quadrant of the intersection of I81 and I90, Town of Salina.
