The Montgomery-Otsego-Schoharie Solid Waste Management Authority invites sealed proposals for the transportation and/or disposal services from interested proposers who are authorized and qualified to do business in the State of New York. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on June 23, 2005 at MOSA’s Administrative Offices at 2783 Route 7, PO Box 160, Howes Cave, New York 12092. Specifications, information and instructions to proposers will be available beginning at 3:00 p.m. on May 26, 2005 and may be picked up or requested on any business day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Gilbert L. Columbia County - The Town of Hillsdale Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Hillsdale Sewer Project - Eminent Domain Real Property and Easement Acquisition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition of 3.47+/- acres of land located on NYS Routes 22 & 23 in the Town of Hillsdale, Columbia County, New York, for a wastewater treatment facility for effluent generated within sewer district no. 1 in the Town of Hillsdale, and the acquisition of an easement for sewer district purposes over a 0.09+/- acre parcel of land located on Route 22 in the Town of Hillsdale, Columbia County, New York. The project is located off NYS Routes 22 & 23, Town of Hillsdale, Columbia County, New York

Fulton County - The Town Board of the Town of Broadalbin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed adoption of the Town of Broadalbin Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Comprehensive plan which includes goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the Town. Included in the plan are demographic statistics, past and present land uses, public opinion surveys, and recommendations for the Town to use and/or adopt in order to reach the aforementioned goals and objectives. The project is located townwide.
