The applicant proposes to apply the granular aquatic herbicide Aquathol Super K (active ingredient: dipotassium salt of endothall - 63%) and Rodeo (active ingredient: glyphosate - 53.8%) to selected shoreline areas of Woodland Lake, totalling up to approximately 6 acres to control Floating-leaf Pondweed and Curleyleaf Pondweed, Bushy Pondweed, Spaderdock and Lilys. This proposal is consistent with the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement On Aquatic Vegetation Control Program of the Department of Environmental Conservation and its Findings. Woodland Lake is an approximately 186 acre lake located east of Heath Road. The application materials area available for public review and comment at the NYS DEC Regional Sub-Office in Warrensburg.

The applicant proposes to apply the aquatic herbicide Sonar A.S. (active ingredient: fluridone- 41.7%) to Lake Sunnyside to control Eurasion Water Milfoil. This proposal is consistent with the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement On Aquatic Vegetation Control Program of the Department of Environmental Conservation and its Findings. Lake Sunnyside is a kettle lake of approximately 38.4 acres, located on the North side of Sunnyside Road.
