near Ramah and St. George Roads. Portions of Ellis Pond are also State-designated
Freshwater Wetland Nos. DP-20 and DP-24. No direct treatment of the wetlands is
proposed, although a pending application (DEC No. 3-1326-00008/00003) for the
incidental introduction of aquatic herbicides within the wetland and 100-foot adjacent
areas.

to take an average of up to 20,900 gallons per day from its existing Town Center Water
Improvement Area wells, and serve the water to the proposed 54-lot Harvest Ridge
Subdivision and one lot on Creamer Road. The water would come from the five (5)
wells currently approved for service to the Town's Improvement Area. The District will
also install approximately 580 linear feet of eight (8) inch diameter pipe along Noxon
Road and inside the proposed subdivision to connect the wells with the new Water
District.
The
Harvest Ridge Water District is located off Noxon Road, just west of the
Taconic State Parkway in Town of LaGrange, Dutchess County , NY.
