Cayuga County - The Town of Sennett Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Parcell Woods will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdividing of a 101.5 acre parcel into 39 lots and the construction of single family residences complete with public utilities and a private leach field for each lot. The project is located on Parcell Road in the Town of Sennett, NY.

Project Description: The Camillus Forest Unique Area UMP sets forth the proposed goals, objectives, management actions, and associated costs for 355 acres of State managed land in the Town of Camillus, Onondaga County. The plan details all proposed management activities for a 10-year period. A review and update will take place at the end of the tenth year. Public input has been sought and full consideration of this input has been given in the development of the final UMP.

General management activities planned for the unit include: a complete boundary line survey and maintenance, removal of the formal State school structures, rotational mowing of fields, re-establishment of a forest stewardship hiking trail, installation of access gates, construction of a new parking lot and trailhead (with interpretive kiosk), possible construction of a snowmobile trail, wildlife apple tree release, and establishment of a demonstration community tree planting area, and construction of an additional recreational trail.


Oswego County - The Village of Pulaski, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Pulaski Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new water pumping station, associated piping and site work. The new pump station will include a wet well of sufficient size to provide a chlorine contact time to comply with NYS Department of Health requirements. The project is located on Richland Road, Richland, New York.

Cortland County - The Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves an application by Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust for the construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter and the future development of two outparcels to be located on the real property at the corner of Route 13 and Bennie Road in the Town of Cortlandville, NY.
