The applicant proposes to
develop and operate a new, 22.8 ac. surface unconsolidated
sand and gravel mine on his property in the Town of Lindley. The mine will be
developed in a sequence of six phased lifts beginning at +/-1460 ft. AMSL and
progressing downslope to +/-1070 ft. AMSL. Processing of excavated material will be by
portable crusher and screen. Final reclamation will be to stabilized, re-vegetated benches.
The mine site is on the east side of C.R. 120, approximately 500' north of the Lindley-Lawrenceville
Rd. intersection.
