mine of which the entire 5 acres will be disturbed in the 5 year permit term. The mine is
located on 30 acres on County Route 3 in the Town of Conesville approximately .6 miles
east of County Route 18. The majority of the Life of Mine area has been disturbed by
previous mining activities. Activities proposed include the mechanical excavation of sand
and gravel and onsite processing with a portable screening unit.
