Applicant proposes to conduct
maintenance dredging of federal navigation channels in
the Hudson River at Coeymans (RM 132) and Kingston (RM 92) and the Esopus Creek at
Saugerties Harbor (RM 101). Dredged material will be disposed of at a federally-owned
site on Houghtaling Island, Town of New Baltimore, Greene County, New York.
Approximately 53,000 cubic yards of material will be dredged from the Hudson River
sites and 34,000 cubic yards of material will be dredged from Esopus Creek.
