Erie County - The Town of Amherst: Town Board & Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Dockside Village Amended Road & Utilities; (Planning Board) - Dockside Village Amended Apartment Complex; (Planning Board) - Dockside Village Open Development Area; (Town Board) - Dockside Village Rezoning (Town Board) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves :

(1) The site plan for the proposed amended Dockside Village Road & Utilities (SP-4-02A) includes the realignment of 855 linear feet of the eastern portion of the previously approved 4,226 ft. roadway to serve the proposed patio home development and apartment complex. The plan includes the extension of waterline, sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure.

(2) The site plan for the proposed amended Dockside Village Apartment Complex (SP-5-02A) reduces the size of the previously approved 216 unit apartment complex to 160 units.

The project site measures 274 acres and is located on the west side of Transit Road, 1,250 feet north of Dann Road. The petitioner is Sutton Lake Estates LP, 7 Van Auker Street, Rochester, NY 14068. The project is located at 10750 Transit Road, Amherst, NY.

Erie County - The Town of Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Open Development Area Approval for Fisher Pond Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the petitioner who proposes to develop a 30-lot subdivision on the 14.1 acre site; nine (9) lots will have frontage on South Cayuga Road, while the remaining 21 lots will be situated along a private cul-de-sac road. The 21 lots require Open Development Area approval since they will not have frontage on a public road. The property is located on the east side of South Cayuga Road, between Wellington Court and Coventry Road, and north of the I-90 overpass. The property is bordered by Ellicott Creek on the east and is traversed by the former Lehigh Valley Railroad right-of-way. The property is currently vacant. The petitioner is Fisher Homes, LLC, 3498 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, New York 14226. The project is located at 320 South Cayuga Road, Amherst, NY.

Erie County - The Town of Amherst Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed North French Road Sanitary Interceptor Sewer Upgrades Phase I: Stages 2B, 2C & 2D will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the upgrading of the existing 24 inch sanitary interceptor sewer to a 36 inch sewer on the north side of North French Road between I-990 and Millersport Highway. Project includes the granting of permanent public sanitary sewer easements to permit the activities required for construction, operation and maintenance of such sanitary sewer. The project is located on the North side of north French Road between I-990 and Millersport Highway, Amherst, NY.
