May Irwin Road, approximately 3.75 miles east of the Village of Clayton.

II wetland in Blind Bay on the St. Lawrence River. The site is further located
approximately three miles east of Clayton off NYS Route 12, on the norhteast side of
Blind Bay off Sayre Lane.
