To control Culex spp. and
other mosquito larvae/pupae, the applicant proposes to apply a
monomolecular film - Agnique MMF (EPA Reg. No. 53263-28) to standing water
throughout New York City. Larviciding will be conducted only after confirmation of need
as verified by mosquito surveillance and field assessments. Larviciding will assist in the
prevention and control of West Nile virus outbreaks in New York City.

larvicide VectoBac CG, 0.2% Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (EPA Reg. No. 73049-19) to various
freshwater wetlands and other water bodies throughout New York City.

surveillance and field assessments. larviciding will assist in the prevention and control of
West Nile virus outbreaks in New York City.
