Albany County - The Town of Bethlehem, as lead agency has determined that the proposed New Salem water system upgrades will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the town proposing to make improvements to increase net peak treatment capacity to 10 million gallons per day (MGD), to address current capacity limitations and accommodate projected future water demands, and improve reliability of the treatment and transmission system.
