Application of the granular aquatic herbicide Butoxyethyl Ester of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (active ingredient in Aqua-Kleen) to nine selected areas of Lime Lake, totaling approximately 30 acres, to control Eurasian watermilfoil (Myriophyllum spicatum).  Lime Lake is an approximately 150 acre lake located east of NYS Route 16 between Zoulke Road and Hazelmere Avenue.    

Application of the aquatic herbicides Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate (active ingredient in Copper Sulfate), Diquat Dibromide (active ingredient in Reward), and Dipotasium salt of endothal (active ingredient in Aquathol-K) to six nearshore acres of Green Lake.  Green Lake is an approximately 18.2 acre lake located on the South Branch of Smokes Creek immediately downstream (west of) South Buffalo Street (NYS Routes 240 and 277).

The applicant proposes to build a 20 foot by 12 foot small craft launch approximately 40 feet north of the existing concrete boat launch at the Park facility located at 218 Aqua Lane.  In adddition, plans exist to replace approximately 100 feet of existing retaining wall to match existing sheet pile walls.  Other alterations to the river bank include the removal of approximately 2800 square yards of concrete rubble to be replaced with heavy stone fill.
