The applicants propose to construct a single family dwelling within 40 feet of tidal and freshwater wetland boundaries associated with Johns Neck Creek.  A septic system would be installed within 80 feet of these boundaries.  Clearing, grading and ground disturbance would occur 25 feet from the wetlands.  All activities would occur within the wetland adjacent areas, and the project requires a variance of more than 50 percent from the minimum setback requirement of 75 feet from the tidal wetland boundary.

Applicant proposes to subdivide a 7.33 acre parcel located partially within the jurisdiction of tidal wetlands associated with Orchard Neck Creek into six lots and construct a cul-de-sac access road. As proposed, the two lots within the regulated area will be 58, 793 square feet and 72,413 square feet in area. The remaining four lots will all be 30,000 square feet in area. The site is located on the west side of Bellevue Avenue, approximately 122 feet south of Shirley Road in Center Moriches. SCTM# 0200-914-05-9.3 & 41.

The applicant proposes to construct a dwelling, driveway and septic system near a New York State regulated freshwater wetland, #M-1.  A 65 foot buffer area is proposed between the proposed development and the wetland.  The project is located at Meadowmere Avenue, Mastic, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, SCTM #0200-939-1-14.2, 14.3 & 17.1.

The applicant proposes to demolish an existing single family dwelling and construct a new residence with a swimming pool, pervious driveway and septic system.  Activities associated with this work, including grading, clearing and the installation of the driveway and a section of a porch would occur within the adjacent area of the freshwater wetland designated MP-41.  The project as proposed would lie beyond the jurisdiction of 6NYCRR Part 661, Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations.

The applicant proposes to construct a pool, deck and drywell near a NYS regulated freshwater wetland known as Fresh Pond, #N-2.   The swimming pool is proposed within 30 feet of the pond.  The project is located at 11 Timberbrook Road, Fort Salonga, Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, SCTM #0800-01-02-02.

The applicant proposes to construct a swimming pool and deck.  NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland known as SA3 is located on the parcel.  The parcel is also located on Ligonee Creek, which is considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands.  The deck is proposed within 50' of the freshwater wetland boundary and within 27' of the tidal wetland boundary.  A variance from the required 75' tidal wetland setback has been requested for the proposed deck and swimming pool.
