Essex County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town of Minerva, as lead agency, has determined that the DWSRF Project 15829 Minerva/Olmstedville Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the installation of a new water supply well and 23,100 lf of water main replacement. The project is located on Federal Flats Rd., County Rte. 29, NYS Route 28N, Stewart Rd., Irishtown Rd.

Saratoga County - The Clifton Park Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Western Clifton Park Land Conservation Plan. The Town of Clifton Park completed an area-wide Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) for the evaluation of future potential impacts of development in the western portion of the town. Buildout of the study area was projected and evaluated against the current town-wide vision for this area, refined through public involvement. Based on this analysis, a preferred growth scenario was established, which is referred to as the Western Clifton Park Land Conservation Plan. The preferred growth scenario was evaluated based on a scope of environmental issues. The project is located in the western half of the Town of Clifton Park.

Essex County - The Town of Wilmington, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Wilmington Water District 1 and Water District 2 Water Supply System Improvements. The action involves the replacement of 17,000 +/- lf of water transmission main, new pump station on Quaker Mountain Road in Water District 1 and the formation of Water District 2 to serve Whiteface Mountain Ski Area through the construction of a new 330,000 gallon water storage tank, booster pump station, and 10,000 +/- lf of water transmission main on New York State Forest Preserve land designated for intensive use, and along NYS Route 86 ROW from Fox Farm Road to the ski area. Water District 1 is located on Haselton Rd., Bonnieview Rd., Route 86, Quaker Mountain Rd., Manning Rd.; Water District 2 is located on NYS Route 86, all within the Town of Wilmington.
