Rensselaer County - The Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed adoption of the Town of Schaghticoke Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adoption of the Town of Schaghticoke Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 272-a of the Town Law. The plan includes statements of goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the town. Included in the plan are demographic statistics, past and present land uses, public opinion surveys and recommendations for the town to use and/or adopt in order to reach the aforementioned goals and objectives. The project is located town-wide.

Rensselaer County - The Town Board of the Town of Brunswick, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter - Brunswick may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the application for a proposed 203,826 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter with a six dispenser (12 fueling position) gas station on 32 acres. The project is located on Betts Road in the Town of Brunswick.
