disturbance of 0.274 acres of federally regulated wetland. As mitigation, the applicant
proposes the creation of 0.67 acres of off-site wetland mitigation at the Lakeshore
Marshes Wildlife Management Area and the placement of a conservation easement on
1.67 acres of remaining on-site wetland and wetland adjacent area.
