from Monday through Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) with no work on weekends or
holidays to Monday to Friday (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or sunrise to 6:00 p.m., whichever
is more restrictive) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). No work on Sundays, or
major holidays, which includes New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

expansion of an existing bluestone mining operation from 4.8
acres to 22 acres on a 108 acre parcel of land, including processing equipment. The
applicant also proposes a change in hours of operation from daylight hours, 7:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. between the months of April to December, weather permitting to 6:00 a.m. to
8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Mining on Sunday would be prohibited. The mine
is located on the south side of Loomis Hill Road, one half mile east of the Loomis Hill-North Sanford
Road intersection, Town of Sanford, Broome County.
