The applicant proposes to construct 9' of
new bulkhead and a 14' bulkhead return to close off an
existing boat slip. Sixty cubic yards of fill will be placed within the boat slip, resulting in
the loss of
approximately 126 square feet of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone. The applicant also
proposes to dredge a 21' by 24' area, dredge a 24' by 7' area, install two 4 pile boat lifts, remove
an existing 20' wave curtain and install a new 14' wave curtain. The project is located at 357
