Madison County - The Morrisville College Foundation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed dormitory and parking lot construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a 200 bed dormitory and parking lot on South Street in Morrisville, NY.

Onondaga County - The Marcellus Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Marcellus Central School District Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. In October 2003, following a coordinated review under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), the Marcellus Central School District (District) determined that a proposed facility improvement project (project) at its existing campus would not have a significant adverse environmental impact. To complete its obligations under SEQRA, the District prepared a Negative Declaration. Notice of the Negative Declaration was published in the November 26, 2003 Environmental Notice Bulletin, and copies were also filed with applicable involved agencies.
Since issuance of the Negative Declaration, the project has proceeded through preliminary and final design phases and several refinements have been made. Specifically, these refinements include:
