This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The project includes the replacement of the double arch culvert pipes at Black Creek. Approximately 2.86 acres of state regulated freshwater wetland R-8, a 4163 acre Class I wetland, would be impacted by the project. Mitigation will take place to replace wetland loss.
