Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed LIN Cellular Communication LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The Planning Board anticipates a public scoping session upon submission of the draft scoping documents. A follow-up notice will be sent to the ENB at that time. The action involves an application for the construction of an 80 foot tall wireless telecommunication tower resembling a flagpole on a 2.2 acre parcel situate in the CR-80 Zoning District. The project is located on the north side of SR 27 (3312 Montauk Highway) in Sagaponack (SCTM No. 900-73-2-8.1).

SECOND CHANGE NOTICE
Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Babylon, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Deer Park Enterprises (Tanger) Planning Board Job. No. 2004-11AFN. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on March 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Babylon Town Board Meeting Room, Babylon Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, North Lindenhurst, New York. Note: Hearing date has been changed from February 28, 2005 to March 14, 2005 and comment period has been extended from March 18, 2005 to April 18, 2005. Comments are requested and will be accepted by the contact person until April 18, 2005. The action involves retail development on 81 acre Ga Industrial site which includes the demolition of existing structures, approximately 900,000 square feet of proposed building area, 4,723 parking stalls and associated site improvements. The project is located on the north side Grand Blvd., 1,432' e/o Commack Road, Deer Park, Town of Babylon, County of Suffolk, SCTM No. 0100-68-01-46.3 and part of 46.6.
