construct a three story health club with168 paved parking
spaces, retaining walls and fences. A stormwater recharge system wil be installed which
will provide 13,328 cubic feet of storage volume. Overflow will be channeled via a
bubbler and rip rap channel to the existing creek. Regrade and restore approximately 330
ft. of slope and wetland areas along the eastern edge of the property. The property is
located at East Shore Road & Bayview Avenue, Thomaston, Town of North Hempstead,
