Project Description: The action involves a six-lot subdivision involving lots ranging from 2.92 acres to 13.83 acres in size. A single family dwelling, served by on-site wastewater treatment and water supply facilities, is to be constructed on three of the proposed lots. An existing mobile home is located on one of the lots. Two lots containing frontage on the Sacandaga River, a designated Recreational River in the New York State Wild, Scenic and Recreational Rivers System, are to each be part of two other parcels separated from them by a power line right-of-way.

Project Title: Essex County and Town of Lewis

Location: Stowersville Road and Goff Road in the Town of Lewis

Project Description: The action involves a proposed new 112,400 square foot Essex County Public Safety Building which will house a 120 bed County Correctional Facility, Sheriff's Department offices, a State Police Substation and Emergency Services 911 operations. This building will be served by a new on-site wastewater treatment system and a proposed stormwater management system. The project will also include the Town of Lewis extending municipal water supply facilities to the Public Safety Building by the proposed installation of approximately 6,300 feet of six to eight inch diameter water line along Stowersville Road to the building and installation of a new 300,000 gallon, 36-foot high water storage tank adjacent to an existing water storage reservoir.

Project Description:At its November 12, 2004 meeting, the Agency directed the processing of an application from Robert and Muriel Schwarz for a possible amendment of Agency Interim Permit #36 issued August 10, 1972 to authorize the sale of two vacant lots (Lots #8 and #30) in the Lake Forest Acres Subdivision and the construction of one single family dwelling on each lot.

Project Title: Allen R. Hoyt Subdivision

Location: Forest Home Road, Town of Harrietstown, Franklin County

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 138 acres into 11 lots thereby creating ten new building lots ranging in size from 1.251 acres to 3.096 acres and a 120 acre lot with an existing single family dwelling and associated accessory use structures (barns, garage, etc.) to be retained by the applicant. Phase 1 of the subdivision will include lots 1 - 4 and Phase II will include lots 5 - 10. One new single family dwelling with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems is proposed for each of the new building lots. Access to the new lots will be by a new subdivision road that will extend southerly from the Forest Home Road about 1,500 feet. It will provide access to lots 1 - 4. The first 1,000 feet of the subdivision road crosses Lot 11 and will be located within a 50 ft. right-of-way (i.e. 30 ft. road row and 10 ft. utility easements on both sides of the road). A separate 1,000 ft. extension off of the main subdivision road will provide access to lots 5 - 8 & 10. A 30 ft. right-of-way along the common boundary between Lot 4 and Lot 11 will provide access to Lot 9. Building envelopes are proposed for each lot.

Clinton County - The Town of Altamont, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Little Wolf Sewer District #17 - (Ext. #2 - South Little Wolf Road) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a sewer district with approximately 2,700 L.F. of sewer main to provide municipal sewer services to the residents of the "Little Wolf" Sewer District #17-(Ext. #2). Effluent will be pumped and treated at the Village of Tupper Lake sewage treatment plant. Sewer District #17 (Ext. #2) was formed by resolution on May 14, 2001.

The action involves the creation of a sewer district with 4700 L.F. of sewer main to provide municipal sewer services to the residents of the "Little Wolf" sewer district #17 - (Ext.#1). Effluent will be pumped and treated at the Village of Tupper Lake sewage treatment plant. District #17 (Ext.#1) was formed by resolution on June 3, 1999. The project is located within the Town of Altamont.

Saratoga County - The Schuylerville/Victory Board of Water Management, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Treatment Plant Construction /Upgrade will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of drinking water wells, a new water treatment facility and related infrastructure in the Village of Schuylerville and upgrade of an existing water treatment facility in the Village of Victory. The project is located on Route 29 in the Village of Schuylerville, and on Route 32, in the Village of Victory.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2005 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of a local law establishing a Planned Unit Development District to be known as the Saratoga County Inn PUD. The project is located on 124 acres in the vicinity of the intersection of Wagman's Ridge Road and County Route 68 (Stafford's Bridge Road).
