Applicant proposes to construct 40 linear feet of new bulkhead and two returns at the mean high water line, and place 125 cubic yards of fill as backfill. Additionally applicant proposes to move existing 18' x 30' dwelling 10' seaward and add 324 square feet of addition, and remove existing deck, catwalk, and tool shed from property. Project is located on Ocean Avenue in Seaford.

The applicant proposes to remove and replace in the same location approximately 172 linear feet of bulkhead and install two 6 ft. returns. Construct 20 linear feet of bulkhead to close off existing boat slip.  Dredge no greater than 10 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to a maximum depth of 4 ft. below mean low water.  Resultant 50 cubic yards of dredged material to be used as backfill.  Property is located at 24 Bay Street, Bellmore, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau on Newbridge River and South Canal.

The applicant proposes to redevelop an existing marina by reconfiguring and extending docking facilities within the area occupied by the existing docking facilities and a portion of the existing mooring field as follows: replace main pier with an 8' by 115' pier and a 10' by 13' platform on the seaward end, replace existing gangway with an 8' by 80' gangway, construct 1533' of floating docks with a 14' width, 113' of floating docks with a 6' width, 50 finger piers with widths ranging from 4' to 10', and install 178 piles.  The applicant also proposes to rehabilitate the existing liftwell, replace the existing gangway for liftwell with a 3' by 35' gangway, install 190' of new bulkhead and place 250 cubic yards of fill material behind the bulkhead as backfill.  Placement of fill behind the new bulkhead, 49 feet of which will be located seaward of apparent high water, will result in the loss of approximately 287 square feet of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone (SM/LZ).  The applicant also proposes to clean up approximately 450 square feet of littoral zone by removing approximately 330 cubic yards of previously placed rip-rap, concrete blanket and timber batter piles.  The project is located at One Orchard Beach Blvd, Port Washington, Village of Manorhaven, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County.  

The applicant proposes to install a 20" x 14" diameter production well rated at 700 gpm to a depth of approximately 230 '.  The proposed well is located on the east side of Lumber Lane, west of the Bridgehampton Sag Harbor Turnpike, north of the LIRR tracks in the Village of Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton.

The applicant proposes to install a 20' x 10" diameter permanent production well, rated at 1300 gallons per minute at the Lakeview well field.   The  proposed well is located on the east side of Lakeview Ave.  north of Montauk Highway, Bayport, Town of Islip, Suffolk County

The applicant proposes to excavate approximately 4,900 cubic yards of material consisting of 75% sediment and 25% phragmites from a coastal depression/disturbed freshwater wetland, regrade and install a box weir in order to create a detention pond that will retard the flow of stormwater runoff and reduce microbial, particulate and other contamination loads carried to Lake Montauk's south end. Once excavated, the substrate will be replanted with native East Hampton freshwater wetland vegetation. The project is located at  the intersection of Ditch Plains Road and Deforest Road west of the Ditch Plains parking lot, SCTM# 300-32-7-37,38 & 43, Montauk, East Hampton Town, Suffolk County, state FWW#MP-30.   

The applicant proposes to dredge to 6 ft. below mean low water a 200 ft. wide by 2408 ft. long channel from Mecox Bay to the Atlantic Ocean.  Resultant 30,000 cubic yards of dredged material will be placed on the beaches east and west of the inlet as beach nourishment.  The property is located at Flying Point Road, Mecox Bay, Water Mill, Town of Southampton, County of Suffolk.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with attached garage, a 16' x 32' swimming pool, a patio, and a driveway on a vacant wooded lot.  A new septic system is also proposed to be installed.  The proposed project is located within 100 feet of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland at Lily Pond Lane and State Road 27A in Eastport in the town of Southampton in Suffolk County, SCTM# 0900-349-01-09.
