Erie County - The Town of Eden Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adult Use Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves creation and adoption of an adult use zoning regulation (incorporated into the Town Law).

Erie County - The Town of Tonawanda Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 5201 River Road may have a significant adverse environmental impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a business park on three parcels of land totaling 106 acres. The proposed development of this property includes commercial businesses and warehouses from the northern limits at the frontage of River Road to the southern limits at the powerline access easement. 42% of the 106 acres will consist of roads, buildings, and other paved surfaces. 50% will consist of remaining mature trees of aesthetic value and revegetation. The remaining 8% are wetlands that are scheduled for protection under engineering controls. The project is located at 5201 River Rd. Tonawanda, NY.

Erie County - The Town of Grand Island, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Town of Grand Island Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. A public hearing on the DSEIS will be held on March 21, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island, NY. Written comments on the Draft SEIS will be accepted until March 21, 2005. The action involves the adoption of the comprehensive land and water use program for the Town of Grand Island that expresses the community's vision for its waterfront and refines state policy to reflect local needs. The project is located in the Town of Grand Island.
