The applicant proposes to construct a 30' x 60' single family dwelling on a 14,400 square foot vacant lot.  The dwelling is proposed to be located 35' from the tidal wetlands at this site.  The property is served by public sewers.  The proposed project is located on Reina Street, 80' east of Weidner Avenue in Oceanside in the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County, NCTM# 43-239-16, 17, 18.

The applicant proposes to construct within 18" of the existing bulkhead 287 linear feet of bulkhead, remove and replace in the same location 74 linear feet of bulkhead, raise the elevation of all bulkheading 18", and fill in an existing boat ramp.  Dredge no greater than 55 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to a maximum depth of 6 ft. below mean low water.  Resultant 300 cubic yards of dredged material to be used as backfill and 1200 cubic yards to be trucked off-site.  Remove all existing floats and piles and create a 13 slip floating dock system consisting of a 6 ft. x 6 ft. platform, two ramps, eleven 4 ft. x 40 ft. floats, three 4 ft. x 10 ft. floats, and eleven pilings. The property is located at 3660 Ocean Avenue, Seaford, Town of Hempstead, County of Suffolk, on Seamans Island Creek.

This facility accepts and consolidates scrap metal for subsequent off-site recycling.  The facility has applied for an initial State Facility Permit to operate four (4) diesel fired internal combusion engines.  The facility operates two (2) bailers, one (1) shearing machine and one(1) granulator.  Oxides of Nitrogen and sulfur dioxide emisions will be monitored through recording keeping and maintennce practices.  A copy of the draft permit is available at the Region I, Stony Brook office.

The applicant proposes to reconstruct an existing bulkhead within 18" and construct a new bulkhead section to close off an existing boat slip.  Two hundred fifty cubic yards of fill will be placed within the boatslip, resulting in the loss of 448 square feet of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone.  The project is located in the Homan's Creek, which is a NYSDEC regulated tidal wetland.  The project is located at 113 Paulanna Avenue, Bayport, Town of Islip, Suffolk County. SCTM # 500411425.

The applicant proposes to maintenance dredge a 200' x 70' area at the mouth of an unnamed canal at its entrance to School House Creek to 5' below apparent low water. The dredged material will initially be placed in a 30' x 40' transfer stockpile on the Old Cove Yacht Club parking lot.  The dredged material will then used to replenish the beach at the southern end of Old Harbor Road.  The initial placement of material will extend approximately 18' seaward of the apparent high water line.  All subsequent placements of dredged material will be located landward of apparent high water.  The proposed project is located at Old Cove Yacht Club and at the southern end of Old Harbor Road in New Suffolk in the Town of Southold in Suffolk County, SCTM# 1000-117-05-14.1 & 50.

The applicant proposes to maintenance dredge a 325' x 40' area at the mouth of School House Creek at Cutchogue Harbor to 5' below apparent low water.  The dredged material will initially be placed in a 30' x 40' transfer stockpile on the Old Cove Yacht Club parking lot.  The dredged material will then used to replenish the beach at the southern end of Old Harbor Road.  The initial placement of material will extend approximately 18' seaward of the apparent high water line.  All subsequent placements of dredged material will be located landward of apparent high water.  The proposed project is located at the mouth of School House Creek and at the southern end of Old Harbor Road in New Suffolk in the Town of Southold in Suffolk County, SCTM# 1000-117-05-14.1 & 14.2.
