The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, driveway and install a septic system. NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland # P2 is located in the vicinity of the parcel.  Clearing is proposed within 52' of the freshwater wetland boundary, the single family dwelling is proposed within 89' of the freshwater wetland boundary, and the septic system is proposed within 122' of the freshwater wetland boundary.  The project is located on the south side of Fairview Avenue and the east side of Fifth Avenue, Patchogue, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 200865443.

The applicant proposes to elevate a single family dwelling, set on pilings, and reconstruct the existing decks and walkways.  The entire parcel is located in NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland #BE19.  The project is located at:  211 Marine Walk, Saltaire, Town of Islip, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 5032226.

The applicant proposes to reconstruct an existing bulkhead within 18", increase the bulkhead elevation by 6", dredge an area adjacent to the bulkhead, install a boat lift, relocate and extend the existing dock, and construct a new bulkhead section to close off an existing boat slip.  One hundred thirty cubic yards of fill will be placed within the boatslip, resulting in the loss of 800 square feet of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone.  The project is located in the Connequot River, which is a NYSDEC regulated tidal wetland.  The project is located at 296 Shore Drive, Oakdale, Town of Islip, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 50040212.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 6.8 acre parcel into three lots.  Each of the three lots is in excess of 40,000 square feet.  Lots 1 and 2 are on the Long Island Sound, which is considered NYSDEC regulated tidal wetlands.  The project is located at: 16855 Main Road (Rte 25), East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County.  SCTM # 100023114.7.
