Negative Declaration

Washington County - The Village of Hudson Falls, Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law amending Section 215-7 of the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Local Law amending Section 215-7 of the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code to increase the minimum lot size of 3,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet for uses requiring a special permit in the Residence District Class B, including two-family dwellings and new multiple dwellings. This local law also amends Section 215-25 of the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code to add subsection C which would require a special permit for the conversion of a single family dwelling to a two-family dwelling in the Residence District Class B zone. This local law also amends Section 215-26 of the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code to add subsection C which would allow the Planning Board to request additional information from an applicant in review of a special permit. The project is located in the Village of Hudson Falls, Washington County.
