Dutchess County - The Town of East Fishkill Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Lake Walton Park. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on February 22, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 330 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY.
