an expansion to an existing mobile home park which will
result in an additional subsurface sanitary wastewater discharge of 3600 gallon per day.
The treatment system will consist of two- 2000 gallon septic tanks with leach beds. The
facility is located on the east side of Columbia County Route 19, in the Town of
