Ontario County - The Town of Canandaigua Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Outhouse Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 614 acres of land into 7 parcels. The project is located at 5337 – 5350 Buffalo Street Extension, Canandaigua NY.

Genesee County - The Village of Bergen, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Rezoning And Subdivision Of Newly Annexed Land For Proposed Development Of Mayne Estates. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on January 17, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bergen United Methodist Church, 27 South Lake Street, Bergen, NY 14416. Written comments will be accepted by the contact person until January 17, 2005. The action involves zoning and development of the "Mayne Estates" as a residential development. The developer proposes to develop lots within the proposed R-1, R-3, and PUD zoned areas. The total acreage is 54.4 acres with 40 single family residences proposed for the proposed R-1 zoning area, 23 single family patio home residences proposed for the proposed R-3 zoning area and 40 townhome units and 21 single family residences proposed for the proposed PUD zoned area. The proposed action will involve physical alteration of the site, including construction of driveways, sewage systems, earthwork for roads, sidewalks, buildings and the waterline. The project is located in the Village of Bergen on the north and south sides of Parkview Drive between New York State Route 19 and New York State 33.
