Location: Town of Lake Luzerne, Warren County, on New York State Route 9N. The tax map number of the property site is: Section 292 Block 1 Parcel 37.

Project Description: The action involves a three-lot subdivision involving wetlands. There are existing structures on the property including a mobile home park, campground and single family dwelling. The proposed subdivision will create: Lot 1, 41.83 acres improved by the campground; Lot 2, 15.27 acres improved by the mobile home park; and Lot 3, 3.57 acres improved by the single family dwelling. The proposed project is for a subdivision only; no new land use or development is proposed on any of the lots.


Negative Declaration

Franklin County - The Town of Altamont, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sewer District #23 - (Moody Road) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves creation of a sewer district with approximately 45,000 L.F. of sewer main to provide municipal sewer services to the residents of the "Moody Road Area" Sewer District #23. Effluent will be pumped and treated at the Village of Tupper Lake sewage treatment plant.

Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Moreau, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Amendment to Chapter 149 of the Zoning Law for the Town of Moreau will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves changes of a portion of M-1 Manufacturing Industrial District to R-2, one and two family residential district. A total of 74 separate tax map parcels comprising approximately 60.58 acres in the area known as "Fenimore" in the Town of Moreau are rezoned from M-1 to R-2. The project is located in a portion of the Fenimore area of the Town of Moreau.

The project is located at 60 Weibel Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY.
