Genesee County - The Town of Batavia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amending of the Code of the Town of Batavia (Section 235) for land owned by Batavia Farms will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Section 235 amended in accordance with the following: Taxmap Number 4-1-25.122 - 250 feet in from State Street Road to Industrial from Agricultural/Residential and Commercial, of this, 57.7 acres will be designated Industrial Park; Tax Map Number 8-1-41, 8-1-40.12, 8-1-40.2 and 8-1-40.11 - 375 feet in from State Street Road from Agricultural/Residential to Industrial. The remaining of Tax Map Number 8-1-40.12 and Tax Map Number 8-1-40.11 from Agricultural/Residential to Industrial; Tax Map Number 4-1-24 from Commercial to Industrial and Tax Map Number 8-1-42 from Agricultural/Residential to Industrial. The project is located on lands encompassed within the boundaries of Route 98, West Saile Drive, State Street Road and the Thruway to Industrial and Industrial Park.

Livingston County - Livingston County, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Alum Treatment for Conesus Lake. The action involves a proposed alum treatment in Conesus Lake to reduce internal phosphorus loading. Copies of the Draft EIS are available at the Livingston County Planning Department and at the Avon, Dansville, Geneseo, and Livonia public libraries. The project is located on Conesus Lake, Livingston County.
